Guarded Optimism for NC Economic Outlook
Just posted at NCLGBA some video of yesterday’s NC Economic Outlook.
Appalachian State University economist, Harry Davis, suggested modest economic growth and some decline in unemployment for the Tar Heel State in 2012.
Overall, his assessment definitely reflects a “new normal” with regard to grading positive returns.
